1. Our free, non-obligatory quotations are valid for 30 days, beginning from the date our written quote is emailed to the potential customer.

2. If a contract or written agreement is not signed within that time frame, the quoted price will thereafter be regarded as an estimate only.

3. Following the 30-day decision window, if no agreement has been reached, our stated price may be subject to inflation and/or various seasonal market fluctuations that we may consider necessary to account for.

4. Should price adjustments be required, a new written agreement must be established.

5. Please inform us of your decision as soon as possible so we can proceed with our scheduled timetable accordingly.
