1. Our free, non-obligatory quotations are valid for 30 days. They start counting down from the date our written quote is emailed to our potential customer.

2. Should a contract/written agreement not be entered into within that time frame, the aforesaid quoted price will be considered an estimate only thereafter.

3. After a 30-day decision window, if no agreement has been entered into, our stated price may become vulnerable to inflationary and/or various seasonal market fluctuations that we may deem necessary to take into account. 

4. If price adjustments are necessary, a new written agreement must be entered into. 

5. Please inform us as soon as possible regarding your decision so we can continue our scheduled timetable accordingly.
